PH biggest housing expo at Megatrade Hall in Megamall

The country’s largest organization of housing developers, with over 200 members from chapters across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, is set to hold its 2nd Housing Expo that will focus not only on offering affordable home packages but also on the greening of the housing roadmap.

To be held at the SM Megatrade Hall 1 in Mandaluyong City from July 16 to 19, the 2nd Housing Expo will look at ways on how the country’s future housing can be built more sustainably, and methods for retrofitting existing buildings.

“We might not realize it, but residential property is a significant driver of emissions. Our aim is to help our members and the industry in general how to build and modify homes to become ‘net zero’ emitters,” explained SHDA president Armenia Ballesteros.
