Robinsons Land Corp., the property arm of Gokongwei-led JG Summit Holdings Inc., is starting work on its fifth office building in the Ortigas central business district as it cited strong demand in the area, a statement showed.

Robinsons Land said the project is a 37-story office development called Cyberscape Gamma, which is located along Topaz and Ruby roads. It will add about 45,000 square meters of gross leasable area to the company’s portfolio and bring its gross leasable space in the Ortigas CBD to over 147,000 sqm.

“We are starting the construction of Cyberscape Gamma in response to strong demand for our office spaces in the Ortigas CBD,” Faraday D. Go, who heads of the company’s office buildings division, said in the statement.
