An impressive showroom that promises to be the ultimate design destination for consumers with impeccable tastes has recently opened at the country’s fastest emerging commercial and business district, Bonifacio Global City. Focus Global Inc., the exclusive Philippine distributor of the world’s finest brands in premium home furnishings, launched its exciting new hub where homeowners could find top of the line furniture and fixtures for their living spaces.
Aptly called Twenty-four Seven McKinley, the building is located at the corner of 24th Street and 7th Avenue along McKinley Parkway. The spacious showroom consists of five floors with more than 5,000 total square meters of space dedicated to showcasing the latest trends and innovations for every room in the home. An elegantly designed internal staircase makes access to the different floors quite convenient.
Italian furniture brands B&B and Maxalto occupies two floors. Their outstanding pieces developed in collaboration with internationally renowned designers are highlighted with dramatic lighting and contemporary accents.
Showcases
Several beautiful furniture showcases are displayed at the US-based Ethan Allen floor. Its signature combination of modern lines and timeless appeal offers homeowners multiple choices of design looks with various fabric and leather options. Ethan Allen is the biggest imported furniture brand in the Philippines.

SieMatic is the biggest imported kitchen cabinet brand in the country. Based on the German government statistics, SieMatic has 70-percent market share of German cabinets imported to the Philippines.
Its multiple design concepts on display are matched together with premium technologically advanced home appliances from Miele of Germany, Sub-Zero built-in refrigerators and Wolf cooking appliances from the United States.
Sample layouts from window treatment expert Hunter Douglas, and Pella windows and doors from the United States also have dedicated areas for their product displays.
As with the other Focus Global showrooms located in Makati, Mandaluyong and in Cebu City, clients will be assisted by highly skilled and trained in-house architects and designers. They will be pampered as well, with dedicated chefs using partner kitchen equipment to prepare sumptuous dishes and fresh brewed coffee to host client meetings. Cooking demos are to be conducted regularly as a platform to showcase their products’ functions. Ample and complimentary parking space is likewise provided, with two floors reserved exclusively for clients.
