World-class Suntech iPark now PEZA-accredited

PRO-FRIENDS President Jocelyn Guzman and PEZA Director General Dr. Lilia B. De Lima sign the contract and officially announce Suntech iPark as PEZA-accredited

MANILA, Philippines – Suntech iPark, the pioneer Campus-Type Information Technology park in Imus, Cavite, is also the first accredited IT park by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Through this accreditation, Suntech iPark proves to be a globally competitive and ecologically sustainable business environment to investors as managed by the efficient administration and services of PEZA.

Envisioned to change the landscape of IT parks in the country, Suntech iPark is a convergence of cutting-edge technology built inside a master-planned 25-hectare Commercial, Business and Lifestyle district called Downtown Lancaster. Downtown Lancaster is located inside Lancaster New City, Cavite’s newest township community, developed by PRO-FRIENDS.   Suntech iPark is a world-class project that maneuvers its way in the competitive arena of the BPO industry in its aim to provide and create more jobs and investment opportunities for Filipinos here and abroad.

De Lima, PEZA Director General.

Primarily, the business-park encourages Lancaster New City homeowners and other nearby residents to explore opportunities at Suntech iPark, which allows residential communities to work close to home making it the perfect place for work-life balance.

The contract signing was held on March 12, 2015 at the PEZA head office. It was led by Guzman and De Lima.
