PG&E and 99 Ranch Market deal: LED light bulbs on sale at reduced prices
SAN FRANCISCO — Advanced LED light bulbs at reduced prices are available in 99 Ranch Market’s 14 stores throughout Northern and Central California, as part of a partnership with Pacific Gas & Electric.
Advanced LED light bulbs use about 75 percent less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs and offer a supreme light quality that makes rooms look and feel great.
In addition to helping customers reduce energy usage and lower electric bills, advanced LED light bulbs are designed to last 20 years or longer and are backed by a five-year manufacturer warranty.
They offer many other benefits over incandescent and fluorescent bulbs. They are non-toxic, dimmable, cool to the touch and offer instant brightness and enhanced color, efficiency, durability and other features important to customers.
Lighting manufacturers created the Advanced LED light bulb to specifically meet California’s highest standards in energy-efficient home lighting.
On Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., representatives from PG&E and 99 Ranch Market will host informational tables at the store located at 250 Skyline Plaza in Daly City to share energy efficiency lighting tips and help customers enroll in various income qualified low income programs. 99 Ranch Market also is making the Advanced LEDs easy to find on store shelves.

PG&E works with lighting manufacturers to reduce prices of eligible Advanced LED light bulbs to customers. The reduced prices offered at 99 Ranch Market already includes the instant rebates offered by PG&E.
