Fuel prices go up, down on Tuesday
MANILA, Philippines–The prices of diesel and kerosene are going down Tuesday while that of gasoline is moving up.
Petron, Shell and Seaoil announced Monday they would lower starting at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday the prices of diesel by 40 centavos per liter and kerosene by 80 centavos per liter. They raised the prices of gasoline by 15 centavos per liter.
Eastern Petroleum and PTT Philippines imposed the same adjustments for diesel and gasoline from 12:01 a.m. Phoenix Petroleum adopted similar price changes for diesel and gasoline but at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Most minor oil firms do not retail kerosene.
Since the start of the year, gasoline has seen a net increase of 95 centavos per liter and diesel, a net decrease of 35 centavos per liter. LPG has posted a net decrease of P4.80 per kilogram.
