Alveo Land introduces next-level office spaces in Stiles Enterprise Plaza

This was revealed on Wednesday by Alveo Land vice president and Project Development Group head Jennylle S. Tupaz during the launch of The Stile Enterprise Plaza, a two-tower grade A office condominium with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
The office for sale project is the first of its kind in the 21-hectare redevelopment in Circuit Makati. Its name was derived from the arrangement of steps used in a racetrack; stiles, Tupaz stressed, take on a new meaning as Alveo Land’s district development takes workstyles beyond the office.

Of the P125 billion allotted by Ayala Land for the citywide revitalization of Makati, P39 billion will be used for the redevelopment of the old Sta. Ana Racetrack. Called Circuit Makati, the 21-hectare property is set to be the future premier location for celebrating cultural and civic gatherings, world-class entertainment and events, and stylish retail experiences. It will bring together Ayala Land’s various product lines for commercial spaces, leasable offices, leisure accommodations, with its upscale residential addresses and saleable office products spearheaded by Alveo Land.
