In ceremonies held recently at the Acqua Private Residences site in Mandaluyong City, Century Properties Group topped off the development’s third and fourth towers, the Dettifoss at 46 floors and the Livingstone at 53 floors.
This milestone brings the 2.4-hectare development’s topped-off buildings to a total of four, with the first two—the Niagara and Sutherland towers—topped off in 2013 and 2014, respectively. Niagara and Sutherland are scheduled for completion this year.
Century Properties chief operating officer Marco R. Antonio said: “We are on course toward realizing our vision for the Acqua development of transforming this property into a rainforest-infused residential Eden. We share this milestone with all our Acqua clients. It won’t be long before they experience nature, water-inspired amenities and riverside retail in one beautiful, high-concept masterplanned community.”
The Livingstone tower of Acqua is highly anticipated with the signature interior design of the global luxury brand MissoniHome on the tower’s amenities and exclusive sky deck.
Meanwhile, another one of Acqua’s signature towers, the fifth building called Iguazu, started construction last year. Iguazu’s amenity interiors are designed by yoo inspired by Starck, a design firm cofounded by John Hitchcox and the revered designer Philippe Starck. The sixth Acqua tower will be launched soon.
Infused with the beauty of a tropical rainforest, Acqua’s towers feature select units with private gardens. The development’s central amenity is called The Pebble, designed as a visual focal point of the development with three waterfalls and multilevel facilities for leisure, relaxation, entertainment and fitness.
