Leading mass housing developer 8990 Holdings Inc. is investing at least P1 billion pesos to develop a 140-hectare township in the Western Visayan city of Pavia, touted to be the largest housing project in Iloilo and the Island of Panay.

Januario Jesus Atencio, president and chief executive officer of 8990 Holdings, said in a statement that the launch of Deca Homes Pavia Resort Residences (DHPRR)—through subsidiary 8990 Housing Development Corp.—marked another milestone in the growth of the company.

Atencio said the project was in line with his company’s thrust to “transform lives” in communities wherein 8990 was operating.
