MANILA, Philippines–A key official of Ayala Land Inc. handling the Visayas-Mindanao group has assumed office as the new president of Cebu business park developer Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) and its subsidiary, Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corp. (CPV).
Aniceto Bisnar, 50, replaced Francis Monera who served as director and president of CHI—developer of the 50-hectare Cebu Business Park—for eight years and retired at the end of calendar year 2014.
Effective Jan. 1, Bisnar also took over as director and president of CHI unit Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corp. (CPV), replacing Emilio Lolito Tumbocon and Monera.
Both CHI and CPV are listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Bisnar used to head the commercial operations of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp., developer of Bonifacio Global City.
He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science at the Philippine Military Academy in 1985 and was at the top 5 percent of his class.
