Soluna boutique property dev’t firm’s latest offering

Families living in Cavite whose breadwinners are working in Makati and nearby areas can look forward to the latest offering of boutique property development firm Geo•Estate.

First foray

Soluna is actually Geo•Estate’s first foray into horizontal development and its third project. The name was derived from two Spanish words sol (sun) and luna (moon).

Modern Minimalist is the theme of the houses in this community. This is also carried on in the subdivision gate and the clubhouse.

All houses and lots in Soluna will be evenly distributed in less than six hectares (exactly 5.3) of land except the front and the center of the property. With its Flexi-build option, each Soluna home is ready for expansion. For instance, the Selena model unit with minimum lot size of just about 120 square meters, three bedrooms with three toilet and baths, maid’s room with T&B and covered two-car garage, is expandable to four bedrooms.

Two other expandable house models are Estrella and Luna, with approximately 137 and 156 sq m, respectively. Both have three bedrooms. The price ranges from P5.5 to P7 million.

Just by the subdivision gate on Molino Boulevard will rise the Soluna Commercial Strip for the convenience of the residents. This is where residents can buy their groceries and daily needs or have their friendly chat over a cup of coffee or during their afternoon tea. The retail area will also have other shops and service centers.
