The Makati skyline glows brighter with the advent of Christmas where the entire Ayala Avenue is sparkling with Christmas lights and décor. With several new residential towers on the rise, the city will shine even more.

Two Roxas Triangle has 182 units, with only four residences per floor in generous sizes of 302 square meters, to as much as 550 sq m for penthouse residences. Aside from Two Roxas Triangle, Ayala Land Premier also has condominium developments such as Garden Towers located in Ayala Center Makati and East Gallery Place located in Bonifacio Global City. These condominiums are strategically located in areas that are in the center of commercial establishments and offices.

Ayala Land has also been developing a new city in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, called Nuvali, which is a 2,250-hectare eco-community that offers residential, office, institutional and leisure activities.
