STI ties up with outsourcing provider

MANILA, Philippines–STI Education Services Group Inc. has teamed up with Sitel, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers, on a capacity-building program aligned with the global workplace.

The partnership will allow STI students to benefit from Sitel’s coaching, thereby acquiring skills and qualifications needed to “give their outsourcing careers a headstart,” according to on a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

“Together, STI and Sitel will find ways by which we can help bridge the gap between the quality of STI’s graduates and the minimum competencies that we require our employees to have,” said Haidee Enriquez, Sitel Philippines’ vice president for global recruitment.–Doris C. Dumlao
