Luxury seafront condo to rise in Calatagan

WITH WATER park Aquaria now fully operational, future residents of Playa Calatagan Residences will have an option to enjoy its three-story water slide centerpiece or a walk to the nearby 525-meter beach front.

Last year’s opening of Aquaria, the 1.2-hectare water-themed resort park within the 12-hectare Playa Calatagan Leisure Tourism Estate in Batangas, marked the beginning of Playa Calatagan Residences’ construction.

Landco Pacific Corp.’s premier seaside condominium, which will be composed of four mid-rise buildings, will rise around Aquaria and is expected to attract homebuyers longing to enjoy rustic surroundings, modern amenities and comforts, as well as amazing sea views from the balcony.

Xerex Burgos said: “Playa Calatagan Residences is a low-density development that offers a truly privileged lifestyle in a tropical beach paradise setting. Residents don’t need to fly or take a boat trip to spend a weekend in a tourist destination, because this development is just a few hours drive from Metro Manila. Just hop into a car and, in less than three hours, the whole family can have all the fun. Those individuals longing for some quiet time can enjoy a romantic or meditative escape at the property’s white sand beach.”

Model units may be viewed at the Lifestyle Center located in Tribeca Private Residences on East Service Road in Muntinlupa City.

“Indeed, this is our way of taking advantage of the country’s buoyant property market and at the same time, upholding our mission of becoming the ‘purveyor of resort living experiences here in the country,” said Xeres-Burgos.

With a number of upcoming residential and commercial projects and its plan to expand its current developments, Landco has consistently pioneering innovative and outstanding lifestyle products that revolutionize the way people live. “With Peninsula de Punta Fuego, Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Playa Calatagan, Playa Laiya and Playa Azalea (in Samal Island), setting the benchmark for high-end seaside living in the Philippines, we hope to do the same with Playa Calatagan Residences,” Xeres-Burgos added.
