‘Shining beacon’ highlights prestigious condo lifestyle

THE VIEW from the master’s bedroom promises to be a sight to behold.

Set to rise as Filinvest City’s own iconic signature, Bristol at the Park Place will be a “shining beacon set to accentuate” the 244-hectare Filinvest City in Alabang.

Developer Filinvest recently unveiled its newest high-end residential development in Filinvest City, which it said will be completed in 2018 under the Filinvest Premier Plan.

Filinvest Alabang Inc. EVP Catherine Ilagan said the 40-story Bristol at the Park Place will target the growing expatriate community in the South, including those in nearby Alabang and Makati, and Filipinos who want the convenience of high-scale living without the worries.

BEING the icon of Filinvest City, Bristol at the Park Place is poised to become the beacon of prestige in this area of Southern Metro Manila.

Less than a kilometer away from South Luzon Expressway, at the corner of Corporate and Parkway Avenues, the residential development will have 345 units, from 53- to 61-sq-m one-bedroom and 100- to 108-sq-m two-bedroom units, to 152-168-sq-m three-bedroom units, with each having breathtaking views of the city and the nearby landscapes including the Laguna de Bay, complemented by high-grade finishes and complete home fixtures for comfortable living.

“People are now realizing that it is better to own a condo than a house and lot. You get all of the perks, like the pools and the gardens, without having to worry about their maintenance,” Ilagan observed. A condo-living convert herself, Ilagan describes it as a lock-and-go lifestyle. “It’s more convenient. When you go for a vacation in one month, you could just lock the doors and the windows, and leave. You could just imagine that when you own a house, how many people you have to remind with this and that before you leave.”

As for amenities, Filinvest said Bristol at the Park Place will include various swimming pools; a tree courtyard; a function room; a fitness center, yoga deck and children’s gym play; a library and study hall; restaurants, retail strips and boutique shops; and an entertainment center. Bristol at the Park Place is also only a few meters away from Festival Supermall and its two supermarkets, department stores, shops and food outlets, and the river park.

Also, Bristol at the Park Place’s location, Filinvest City, an all-in, mixed development with institutional uses, is surely an added bonus to would-be owners, said Ilagan. “Filinvest City is home to a lot of BPO companies and other businesses, the Asian Hospital, schools, residential and exclusive-membership clubs—some of which are serving not just our community but also of the South—and, of course, the malls, with the likes of Filinvest Mall, Westgate Center, and South Station.”

For Ilagan, Bristol at the Park Place will be a key component of the new Filinvest City enclave of the South. “It’s a live-work place, all rolled in one.”
