Avida Land, one of the country’s leading developers of thoughtfully planned and renowned properties, bagged four awards at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014-2015. The Ayala Land Inc. subsidiary has won accolades from the award-giving body for the second year in a row.
Avida received recognition in three categories of the regional competition, including Best Development Marketing in the Philippines for Avida Towers Vita, Highly Commended Residential High-rise Development in the Philippines for Avida Towers Asten, and Highly Commended Mixed-use Development in the Philippines for Serin West Tagaytay and Avida Towers Atria and Avida Storeys Atria.
