Shell hikes prices of gasoline, diesel, kerosene effective Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines—Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. announced Monday that it will increase prices of gasoline by 90 centavos per liter and diesel and kerosene by 70 centavos/liter to its dealers effective Tuesday at 6 a.m.

Shell said the price hikes were resorted to in order to reflect the increase in the international prices of the products.

Earlier on August 23, Shell also raised the prices of regular gasoline by 90 centavos/liter and of diesel and kerosene by 40 centavos/liter.
