Microtel by Wyndham, pioneer of the no-frills, good-value hotel concept in the Philippines, will be welcoming guests to two more locations in the first quarter this year; South Forbes in Metro Sta. Rosa, Laguna and UP Ayala TechnoHub in Quezon City.
The Microtel by Wyndham South Forbes in Metro Sta. Rosa, Laguna is within the fast-developing South Forbes Golf City and is minutes away from Ayala West Grove as well as Nuvali. With a total of 61 guest rooms and offering views of Laguna Lake and the surrounding countryside, Microtel South Forbes sits next to a golf driving range and is easily accessible to nearby industrial parks like Laguna Techno Park and Paseo de Sta. Rosa.
Apart from the comfort of the rooms, Microtel by Wyndham South Forbes will offer its guests a restaurant and a function hall that can accommodate 100 to 130 persons.
Also opening this first quarter of 2014 is Microtel by Wyndham U.P. Technohub in Quezon City that will have 120 guest rooms.
The rooms will overlook a triangular, expansive garden with the two remaining sides featuring the lobby and a restaurant with an al fresco patio.
Above the restaurant, the function hall with a capacity of 250 persons and three function rooms with capacities of 30 to 40 persons each will be available to the public. Microtel by Wyndham U.P Technohub is part of the UP-Ayala Technohub commercial development, which apart from hosting an impressive roster of BPOs offers a collection of restaurants and coffee shops for Microtel hotel guests.
On Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, this hotel lies not only within the tree-filled university campus but also near the heart of the country’s government center as well as specialty hospitals.
Only last year, Microtel by Wyndham Acropolis in Quezon City opened its doors to good guest reviews and increasing occupancy. Microtel Acropolis is on C5 Avenue in front of the bustling Eastwood commercial center.
Two months before that, Microtel by Wyndham General Santos opened its doors to the people of the Philippines’ Tuna Capital.
