In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Wednesday, ALI said its board has approved the creation of a fifth residential brand under a separate unit called South Maya Ventures Corp.
The new brand will serve the market segment below the “C” income segment that Amaia Land Corp. caters to. Other brands are Alveo Land and Avida Land which focus on the middle market while Ayala Land Premier serves the upscale market.
