Sutherland campaign highlights Filipino talent
MANILA, Philippines—Sutherland Global Services recently launched its latest Philippines recruiting campaign called “Go Glocal: Sutherland brings Global Opportunities Closer to Home.”
The campaign aims to put Sutherland’s most important asset—its employees—in front and center. It is anchored on Sutherland’s ability to champion the Filipino talent in the global market.
“We take a lot of pride in paving the way for the industry to operate in the next-wave cities. We have been the first, and in some cases, still the only company in the cities where we operate. We should be proud about what we have accomplished and where we have accomplished our successes,” said AJ Enriquez, Sutherland Philippines country head.
Equally important to Sutherland is the quality of talent in the regions. This remains a key factor that enabled Sutherland to replicate its success in new Sutherland locations such as Jamaica, China and Malaysia. In each of these new sites, the Filipino talent has been key in Sutherland’s launch, demonstrating that global opportunities are available to its employees in the Philippines.
Established in 1986, Sutherland is a global provider of business process and technology management services offering an integrated portfolio of analytics-driven back-office and customer facing solutions that support the entire customer lifecycle.
It is one of the largest, independent BPO companies in the world serving global leaders in major industry verticals. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Sutherland employs over 30,000 professionals and has 35 operations centers in various parts of the world.
