The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on fresh flower arrangement combined with balloon decoration on May 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This will be held at the College of Social Work and Community Development, Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
This day-long seminar will cover the basic principles of floral design with hands-on experience for the making of the long and low arrangement wherein participants will have a hands-on experience on how to make triangle arrangement, oval arrangement, minimal flower designs, bouquet for loved ones and big roses in a box.
