The Department of Transportation and Communications is bidding out a contract for the supply and delivery of magnetic tickets for the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT 3), a published notice showed.
The contract, worth P25 million, will be auctioned off on May 15, the DOTC said. The issuance of bid documents is slated for April 22 while a pre-bid conference will be held May 2.
Based on the published guidelines, the bidding process will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using the so-called nondiscretionary pass/fail criteria. The bidding is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, the DOTC said.
