Audi jumpstarts 2013 with multiple awards
Aside from Audi being the most successful premium brand in China, the biggest automotive market in the world, it has also jumpstarted the year with multiple awards.
The technologies developed by Audi are also being recognized by US experts. “Popular Science” and “The Verge” honored Audi at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
The Audi A3 Sportback was named “Car of the Year” at the “What Car? Awards”.
Audi A1 Sportback and A3 were tops in the 2013 Design Trophy contest.
The Audi A4 took first place in this year’s DEKRA Used-Car Report. The A1, A5, TT and Q5 finished first in their respective categories.
Consumer Reports magazine chose the Audi A6 as best in the Luxury Sedans, Midsized category.
The Audi R8 secured the “Sporting Car of the Year Award” by Business Car Magazine
The Audi S7 was named a “Connected Car of the Year” in the Luxury category by the American Connected World Magazine.
The Audi S8 triumphed in Ukraine, earning the title of 2013 Car of the Year in the luxury class.
Audi won six honors in the “Best Cars 2013” awards of Swiss car magazine “Auto Illustrierte.”
Audi AG garnered an award for its e-gas project from the German Association for Economical and Environmentally Compatible Use of Energy.
Auto Bild awarded Audi Best Brand in All Classes.
The 1983 Audi Rallye quattro A2 was voted number one in the Motorsport category in the 2013 Auto Trophy Classic contest.
