NSJBI: A homebuyer’s one-stop shop

09:38 PM August 05, 2011

HOMEBUYERS are given the flexibility to choose the style of their homes with every NSJBI project.

While most developers continue to rely on subcontractors to deliver the promise of providing quality homes and condominium units, here’s one company who prides itself in doing everything from scratch.

New San Jose Builders Inc., according to company SVP Carol B. Ros, has its own design, planning, construction and sales and marketing units and thus, everything is conceptualized, developed, built, finished and sold under the auspices of one company.

Ros, in an interview with Inquirer Property, proudly claimed that NSJBI is a “one-stop shop.”

“We do construction. We have our own hollow blocks and steel. We also do marketing, interior design and even provide furniture. We also have our own department store and coffee shops,” she said.

A lot of savings

“Because of this we do have quite a lot of savings in terms of production cost and in speed of production as our supplies are prioritized and our supply of materials does not have the usual add-on cost that a third party supplier would place. These are savings that we, gladly, pass on to our buyers,” Ros explained.

A 20-meter-wide lighted boulevard would run through the center of the development.

As such, it is not surprising that after 25 years NSJBI continues to offer Filipinos a wide array of choices and methods of owning quality homes in various locations.

“NSJBI has 17 active projects in different parts of the Metro that could provide potential homebuyers a community where they can live an active healthy lifestyle and at the same time have everything their family needs,” Ros said.

And with the company’s relentless pursuit to provide every Filipino quality living standards, it has decided to bring its development, the Metro Manila Hills Communities (MMHC), in the tranquil foothills of the Sierra Madre in Rodriguez, Rizal—away from the cramped and polluted Manila.

MMHC, Ros explained, is in line with NSJBI’s vision of creating quality but affordable homes for Filipinos and commitment to give clients value-laden housing.

With a relaxing vista of city skylights and mountain greens, this 272-hectare development project is composed of six residential phases, which are a “mix of urban convenience and country living eastward.”

NSJBI, through their developments, provides every Filipino quality living standards.

Buyers, Ros added, are given the flexibility to choose the style of their homes or condominium unit in each phase.

According to Ros, three of these locales (residential phases) have house and lot units which are ready for occupancy. Potential residents can choose between three-bedroom homes at Mediterranean-inspired Isabel Terraces, a town house at MMH Townhomes or a single-detached unit in Metro Manila Hills.

Ros added that the fourth phase, which is the Theresa Heights, evokes American Old South feel with its two-bedroom layout and wide front porch. Meanwhile, the fifth and sixth phases more notably known as Residencias de Francesca and Victoria Villas, respectively, are set to be opened late this year.

Must-haves

Aside from the 20-meter-wide lighted boulevard that would run through the center of the development, the MMHC would also host a number of shops that future residents can enjoy. Grocery, gym, schools,  play areas and other must haves, according to Ros, will be within walking distance or just an elevator ride away.

Tenants are also allowed to lease some of the units within MMHC where they can start their own businesses right beneath their place of residence, Ros said.

These are the reasons MMHC would be perfect for the requirements of growing families, young urban professionals and retirees. Not to mention, NSJBI also offers easy financing terms, she added.

“We may not have a name as flashy or as prominent as some of our competitors but we do have a 25-year legacy that we can be proud of,” Ros concluded.
