Advocacy-based Mansmith and Fielders Inc. has named the 12 winners of the 19th Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards (YMMA) 2024, continuing its tradition of recognizing excellence in the marketing and business fields.

As the most sought-after recognition for young marketers and entrepreneurs 35 years old and below, Mansmith YMMA has become a prestigious platform that celebrates innovation, creativity and brand leadership.

The winner in brand management is Genesis Jarilla of Nutriasia, whose strategic initiatives have significantly strengthened the company’s brand presence in a competitive market. In trade marketing, Josemaria Montes of Mekeni Food is recognized for his ability to launch new products using strategic thrift approach to connect with consumers in meaningful ways, enhancing the brand’s visibility and accessibility.

In business development, Jhenard Cayaban of Amazon Web Services is honored for his role in expanding the company’s footprint in the Philippine market, while Cathleen Denise Barrameda of Golden Arches Development (McDonald’s master franchise holder in the Philippines) and Aries John Pineda of SM Mart are lauded for their impactful advocacy marketing efforts. (Penshoppe) and group chair of LH Paragon Inc. and Ramon Lopez, former secretary of Department of Trade and Industry and independent director of SM Investments Corp. —bring a wealth of experience and a keen eye for talent to the selection process. Their expertise ensures that the winners are truly the best among their peers, chosen for their ability to lead in a constantly evolving market landscape.

The Mansmith YMMA was established in 2006 with the vision of highlighting the achievements of young professionals who are shaping the future of marketing in the Philippines.

Since its inception, the awards have celebrated the successes of 194 winners, many of whom have gone on to lead some of the country’s most successful brands and businesses. The awarding ceremony of the 19th Mansmith YMMA will be on Oct. 4 at Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, Makati. The event is by invitation, but a limited number of seats will be available to qualified young marketers and entrepreneurs who have preregistered.
