Luxury seafront condo to rise in Calatagan

WITH WATER park Aquaria now fully operational, future residents of Playa Calatagan Residences will have an option to enjoy its three-story water slide centerpiece or a walk to the nearby 525-meter beach front.

Last year’s opening of Aquaria, the 1.2-hectare water-themed resort park within the 12-hectare Playa Calatagan Leisure Tourism Estate in Batangas, marked the beginning of Playa Calatagan Residences’ construction.

Developer begins Calatagan leisure tourism venture

LANDCO is set to welcome its newest seaside offering—midrise condo Playa Calatagan Residences, described as the perfect vacation home that offers the convenience of modern beachside living.

UPSCALE property developer Landco Pacific Corp. recently announced the development of its Calatagan property in the province of Batangas where it intends to launch Playa Calatagan Residences and Aquaria.
