Emperador Distillers acquires Spanish brandy company Bodega San Bruno

Emperador Distillers buys Spanish brandy company.  Emperador Distillers Inc. chairman Andrew L. Emperador Distillers Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance Global Group Inc., has entered into an agreement with González Byass S.A., one the largest and oldest liquor and wine conglomerates in Spain, for the acquisition from the latter its subsidiary Bodega San Bruno S.A., a brandy company based in Jerez, Spain.

Tycoon Andrew Tan has struck a deal to take over the Philippine bottling plant of global premium liquor manufacturer Diageo in Laguna, an acquisition seen bringing Alliance Global Group Inc.’s liquor brand Emperador into the international market.
