The Departments of Energy, and Trade and Industry are working together to accelerate the development of the electric vehicle (EV) industry in the Philippines, Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) president Rommel Juan said in a statement.
The Philippines is expected to lead the way toward the widespread use of electric vehicles in the region, as it has begun implementing numerous initiatives geared toward promoting the massive use of these environment-friendly vehicles in the country.
