A business group on Monday asked the Supreme Court to stop the rehabilitation and expansion of the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) by the GMR-Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation, the consortium that won the multi-billion contract.

Globe joins int’l group for $250-M cable venture
