Manila Electric Co. (Meralco), the country’s biggest electricity distributor, has signed power supply agreements with two Aboitiz-led power generation companies.
Aboitiz Power Corp. has signed an agreement allowing its subsidiary to provide clean and affordable electricity to more than 43,000 customers of an electric cooperative in Abra.
Publicly listed Aboitiz Power Corp. said its two affiliates have signed an agreement to extend by another year its transition supply contract with state-run National Power Corp. (Napocor) and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM).
