SAN MIGUEL Properties Inc., the real estate arm of San Miguel Corp., is expected to launch some of its upcoming major projects at the 4th Philippine Real Estate Fair (PREF) on July 29 to 31 at the World Trade Center.

?We are celebrating the 20th year of San Miguel Properties. We thought it would be appropriate to mark this milestone by fully supporting the PREF, which is, in a way, symbolic of our firm commitment to the growth not only of the Philippine real estate industry, but the tourism sector as well,? said company chair Ramon S. Ang in a statement.
According to Ang, San Miguel Properties is repositioning itself in a way that will truly set itself apart and above the competition.

?Most real estate companies focus on the conventional wisdom that the three factors for success in real estate development are ?location, location, location.? While location is critical, it shouldn?t be the only consideration in your selection of a property?espe-cially when you are choosing the right neighborhood for your family. For us in San Miguel Properties, it?s all about ?people, people, people.? Because after all, at the end of the day, real estate is developed with one thing in mind?people,? Ang said.

?At the end of the day, our product is not a physical structure built out of concrete and steel. Our product is a good, safe, and in a friendly neighborhood where people can live long, healthy, happy, and productive lives. And we instill this neighborliness through concrete programs?such as the Buy One Give One (Bogo) concept that we are working out with several foundations, and providing churches or chapels in our communities in cooperation with the healing priest, Rev. Fr. Fernando Suarez,? he said.
