AT THE stockholders? meeting on April 28, eTelecare Global Solutions Inc. approved and ratified the merger between the company and EGS Acquisition Corp., with eTelecare as the surviving corporation. eTelecare?s stockholders also approved that the company?s P130 million authorized capital stock be divided into 160 common shares with par value of P812,500 per share.
