Boracay welcomes new property to its shores

BORACAY has turned into one of the major destinations in the Philippines not only for its clear crystal waters and sugary white sand beaches but also for its world-class establishments that have hosted some exciting parties and events.

No wonder a lot of investors have placed Boracay on their list.

One of the latest to invest in the island is Quantum Hotels and Resorts, which recently announced the management of Nandana Boracay Beach Hotel, located in the island?s Station 1.

?There will also be a restaurant serving contemporary cuisine, an oyster bar and wine lounge and even a pastry shop that serves coffee as well. Aside from that, there will also be a 24-hour in-room dining service,? Cole said.

Property features

The sprawling 2,000-sq-m property features a 25-m beachfront, indoor pool with cascading waterfall, spa, daycare center, restaurants, boutiques and other resort facilities such as a multipurpose hall for function and wireless Internet access.

Even with the absence of the owner, Nandana Boracay Beach Hotel informed that the investment is still protected as these units will be rented out when not in residence, thus maximizing the return on investment.

Cole said investors looking for high-quality beachfront property will find this investment opportunity unparalleled in Boracay, adding that investors should take advantage of the country?s premier tourist destination.

With the development in full swing, the Nandana Boracay Beach Hotel is expected to open next year.
