MANILA, Philippines ? Ayala-led business process outsourcing (BPO) company Integreon Inc. has been tapped to provide back-office legal services to one of the world?s largest law firms.

Local conglomerate Ayala Corp. on Tuesday announced that its unit Integreon had signed a 10-year contract to provide ?middle-office,? non-billable services to United Kingdom-based CMS Cameron McKenna LLC.

The contract, worth $852 million, is seen as the biggest of its kind the legal outsourcing industry has ever seen.

The services to be sub-contracted to Integreon includes substantial portions of accounting and finance, human resources and training, marketing and communications, learning and development, library and information services, research, information technology, facilities and other services.
