Money supply rises 13.1% in October

MANILA, Philippines -- Money supply in October climbed 13.1 percent from a year ago, slowing from 13.5 percent growth in September as net foreign assets of banks declined, the central bank said Monday.

Seasonally adjusted money supply rose 1.6 percent in October from the previous month compared with a 2.8 percent increase in September, the central bank said in a statement.
