BPI Express online wins the country awards for Best Consumer Internet Bank. Winners were chosen among entries evaluated by a world-class judging panel and were selected based on the following criteria: (1) strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customer, (2) success in getting clients to use web offerings, (3) growth of online customers, (4) breadth of product offerings, (5) evidence of tangible benefits gained from internet initiatives and (6) web site design and functionality.

What?s new in BPI Express Online?
Comprehensive Transaction History. In 2007, BPI Express Online plans to expand its transaction history facility. Early this year descriptions of transactions were integrated into the account history listings. These descriptions include the source and recipients of electronic payments, reloading and transfers. With the upcoming launch of its e-statement service, deposit and credit card customers can now view their periodic statements online for free. Transactions made from the day itself up to 60-days prior and electronic statements can all be viewed on BPI Express Online.
Homepage Design.
The sites new homepage layout was launched in 2006, delivering promises made to loyal customers to be more user-friendly and inviting. Timely information about the bank, its products and services are now posted in an organized and easy to access manner. The BPI Express Online site was measured by both Alexa.com and Google.com as the most popular Philippine bank website for 2006. However, like any other website, BPI Express online is a continuing work-in-progress, consistently implementing variations and suggestions made by clients to entice more site visitors and accommodate growing needs.
Customer Feedback
Site visitors and users can now post their comments, suggestions and experiences with using BPI Express online in the special feedback section called ?Express it?. Through this, BPI hopes to build a stronger relationship with their customers.
