MANILA, Philippines – Makati Shangri-La and Avis Philippines work hand in hand to provide hotel guests with only the best and most luxurious hotel transportation with the addition of the Mercedes Benz S 400 Hybrid to the hotel’s limousine fleet.

“Transportation is definitely a critical aspect in our services because this is one of the first things that can make or break a guest’s overall staying experience with us,” General Manager Reto Klauser said in his speech after receiving the symbolic key from Professor Andy Ferreria, Avis Philippines chairman.

“It is very  important and it is an honor for us to be associated with a brand that values performance, is results-oriented, and above all, prides quality excellence as much as we do.”

Ferreria adds, “Quality service is driven by innovation. [One] cannot make a difference if you’re not different.”

With the Mercedes-Benz S 400, Makati Shangri-La makes a difference and sets a benchmark in the local hospitality industry with its commitment, not only to its guests, but to the environment.

With this, Klauser is confident that Makati Shangri-La will exceed guest expectations with its continued partnership with Avis Philippines and Mercedes-Benz in providing guests with only the best luxury hotel transportation.
