PH consumer confidence improves in Q3 but still in negative territory

MANILA, Philippines–Consumer sentiment in the Philippines stayed in the negative territory but improved in the third quarter.
The consumer confidence index for the third quarter hit -13.3 percent, an improvement from -19.5 percent for the second quarter, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has reported.
