‘Promising future’ forecast for PH

Gov’t says country to enjoy ‘demographic window’ by 2015

The Aquino administration said the Philippines was up for a “promising future” that investors should take advantage of, saying there was a good chance the economy would grow more than 7 percent a year for at least 10 years after 2015.

On top of the country’s favorable economic fundamentals, the administration said the so-called “demographic window” that the Philippines would enjoy by 2015 could make the country a good investment destination.

“A promising future lies ahead,” the government said in its latest economic presentation distributed online to foreign sub     scribers, which included businessmen, bankers and economists.

The “demographic window” is the period when the bulk of an economy’s population is of working age. In particular, it is the time when the proportion of the population aged 15 years old and younger falls below 30 percent and when the proportion of the population aged at least 65 years old drops to less than 15 percent.

Such a period should be enticing to businesses because it is when labor supply and income-earning consumers are abundant and an economy becomes more productive.

The Aquino administration said the demographic window would add icing to the cake for investors, citing the favorable macroeconomic indicators, including low inflation, sustained economic growth, a healthy banking sector, and strong remittances from overseas Filipinos that help fuel household consumption.

Citing a study by the United Nations, the government said the Philippines would follow the lead of strong Asian economies that previously entered the demographic window.

“The Philippines is the last major Asian economy to benefit from this demographic dividend, which is typically associated with accelerated economic growth,” the government said.

The country is expected to enjoy a robust growth rate of more than 7 percent over the long term starting 2015, saying some Asian countries, led by Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and China, experienced fast growth rates in the long term following their entry to the demographic window.

Japan entered the demographic window in 1965, Hong Kong and Singapore in 1980, South Korea in 1985, China in 1990 and Thailand in 1995.

Other neighboring countries have entered this window fairly recently. Indonesia and Vietnam did so in 2005, and Malaysia and India in 2010.

The average economic growth rate of selected countries for 10 years following their entry to the demographic window was 7.3 percent, the government said.

The Aquino administration aims to woo more long-term foreign investors into the country in the belief that investments from abroad were necessary to help create more jobs and reduce poverty.

The Philippines continues to lag behind other emerging Asian economies in terms of cornering foreign direct investments (FDIs).

Documents from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas showed that the net inflow of FDIs amounted to $844 million in the first five months of the year. This was up by about 10 percent from $766 million in the same period last year, but was one of the smallest among emerging Asian economies.

If we want to lure more foreign investors to invest in our country without much restrictions, abolish the 60/40 equity restrictions against foreign investments and allow 100% foreign equity ownership of a locally-based enterprise, extracting mineral resources, education, advertising, and media so that there would be more jobs to be generated here in our country that would stimulate our economy by multiple of 10.

ANSWER : Foreign Interest/s manipulated us because PHILIPPINES is the RICHEST country in the WORLD!

“ Literally  Philippines is a PARADISE in a land of GOLD.. “

Lode and placer gold deposits occur in most of the 73 out of 83 provinces in the Philippines. The ten provinces were not properly tested yet due to internal conflicts. The 1996 $2.1TRILLION value resource estimate based on conservative 10% ( $21 trillion total estimate ) maybe deficient and could double to $42 trillion or more of the actual resource.. . … such amount could catapult this country to first world status .. we could even buy Americas $16 Trillion debt.. That amount is even without considering the UNQUANTIFIABLE value today (maybe thousands of $ trillion ) of the resources that can be found in our new territory called the BENHAM rise a 250km wide domain which is perceived to contain very huge oil & gas deposits & the envy of world for we are the proud owner of the vast DEUTERIUM deposits with a 868 mile find in Philippine trench. . Our deuterium deposits is so vast & UNLIMITED that UNTIL PACIFIC ocean is NOT DRIED UP we can still benefit from it because it is SELF-REPLENISHING . Sa tagalog MAGHIHIRAP lang tayo kapag NATUYO na ang PACIFIC OCEAN …With these resources properly tapped we are bigger than america & arabia combined.. : > )

    PHILIPPINES

An archipelago comprising 7,107 islands, the Philippines is categorized broadly into three main geographical divisions: Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao. In addition the BENHAM Rise.. 250 km wide new territory. The Philippines’ rainforests and its extensive coastlines make it home to a diverse range of birds, plants, animals, and sea creatures. It is one of the ten most biologically mega-diverse  countries and is at or near the top in terms of biodiversity per unit area. Our beautiful islands are the envy of the world we are surrounded by soft white & pearly black beaches. Most of the mountainous islands are covered in tropical rainforest and volcanic in origin. The Apo Reef is the country’s largest contiguous coral reef system and the second-largest in the world. The Philippines has a tropical maritime climate and is usually hot and humid. There are three seasons: the hot dry season or summer the rainy season ; and the cool dry season . The perfect climate system in the Philippines makes its air and atmosphere free from man made pollution after the system of storms cleansed the territory during rainy season & disinfecting the land by exposure to the sun’s ultra-violet rays in hot dry season. This is the best country in world to live in if the insurgency problem caused by poverty is solved by the tapping of the nation’s resource thereby freeing the people from poverty.. Located within the Pacific Rim of Fire, the Philippine archipelago is hypothesized as having been formed 43 million years ago. Its 7,109 islands rest on top of underwater mountains formed by the outpourings of molten rocks from the earth’s interior, thus creating an ideal setting for mineral deposition. (After Wolfe, J.A., “Origin of the Philippines by Accumulation of Allochthons” in The Philippine Geologist July- September 1983 Issue, p.17) In the archipelago, resurgent volcanoes particularly provided access for rising gold-bearing solutions which cool to the geotherm of 300 degrees Celsius at about 400 m depth. At this point, the gold began to precipitate and epithermal gold deposits were formed over geologic time of 1.5 million years from the present time. (After Wolfe, J. A., in International Mineral Development Sourcebook, 1993) HUMAN resource…we are the ONLY Country in the world ..who speaks 175 languages & dialects with literacy rate of 93.4% . Most speak fluent & write foreign language like english , spanish, nihongo, arabic, mandarin, hindi, & malay than country of origin..some elderly can still speak latin…Average Filipino can at least speak 3 foreign language & 2 dialects.. while the rest of the world can speak only english & their native tounge …the people are educated, fun loving, resilient, hospitable & industrious… in fact , currently the economy is heavily reliant on remittances which surpass foreign direct investment as a source of foreign currency. Therefore the more population more benefit for the economy. The Philippines need a HUGE population & Army if it intends to tap the resources otherwise foreign invasion can easily land on its shores & control can be had without a sweat.…

    MINERAL resource…

The Philippines is one of the world’s most highly mineralized countries, with untapped mineral wealth estimated at more than $2.1 trillion ( the estimate is merely 10% [$21 trillion] to be conservative.. actual find may prove the estimate to be twice higher just imagine how huge would that be especially if we factor inflation ) . Philippine copper, gold, and chromate deposits are among the largest in the world. Other important minerals include nickel, silver, coal, gypsum, and sulfur. The Philippines also has significant deposits of clay, limestone, marble, silica, and phosphate. Literally Filipinos are walking on gold…the entire archipelago is a gold mine… At the same time in world history, the gold industry experienced in the Philippines growing from 89 mine claims applied for in 1905, to 544 mine stakes in 1906. Rebellion against the americans followed by 2nd world war PUT on HOLD all mining activities but they resume again in1996.Initial Lode and placer gold deposits occur in most of the 73 out of 83 provinces in the Philippines maybe the other ten provinces which are not properly tested yet in the future will show the same deposits when mining reach it’s full speed . The current principal producing districts are Baguio and Paracale in Luzon; and Masbate, Surigao and Masara in Mindanao .

The government’s mineral resource data (1973-1996) could account only for about 10% of the country’s total mineral wealth [ $2.1TRILLION value resource based on conservative 10% ( $21 trillion) estimate maybe deficient but it could double to $42 trillion of the actual resource. .. we could even buy americas $16 T debt.. ..even without considering the UNQUANTIFIABLE AMOUNT that can be found in BENHAM rise 250km wide & vast DEUTERIUM 868 mile find in Philippine trench... such amount could catapult this country to first world status if not at the top. ]. Nevertheless, the Mines and Geo-Sciences Bureau (MGB) is continuously updating and upgrading the country ‘s mineral estimates especially, the metallic sector: 1) iron (iron ore); 2) iron alloys (e.g. chromite, nickel, molybdenum, manganese ore, cobalt); 3) base metals (e.g. copper, lead, zinc, mercury or quicksilver, cadmium); 4) light metals (e.g. aluminum or bauxite, manganese); 5) precious metals (e.g. gold, silver, platinum); and 6) rare metals (e.g. uranium). The government’s mineral resource data (1973-1996) could account only for about 10% of the country’s total mineral wealth. Tip of the iceberg…Using 2011 world market prices, the Philippines gold ( only ) reserves can amount to as much as P7.36 trillion or 76% of the P9.73 trillion-worth Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2011, NSCB Secretary General Romulo A. Virola said in his the blog, Statistically Speaking. “This is also equal to more than 65.1 times the income gap of P113.1 billion for 2011, the amount needed to completely eradicate poverty in the country,”. the London-based 1991 Annual Mining Review, Mining Journal featured the country’s mineral wealth. Based on how much a mining company can mine in a one square kilometer land area, the Philippines ranked 2nd in gold worldwide; 3rd in copper; and 6th in chromite. (After Corpuz, Catalino in Christian Aid & PIPLinks [2004] report). Its write-up on the country ‘s gold prospect confirmed the findings of a UNDP study in 1984 that ranked the Philippines second to South Africa in terms of gold endowment per square kilometer (BMG/UNDP/UNDTCD Project Document PHI/85/001). In 1997, a technical report the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) cited the strategic economic value of the gold ore at Mt. Diwalwal as one that is still easily accessible and that contains the gold metal in concentration from 25 up to 100 grams per ton, approximately 25-50 times more than the famous gold ore from the Witwatersrand Basin in the Republic of South Africa (UNIDO Project Document XX/PHI/97/XXX). The Mines and Geo-Sciences Bureau in 1986 placed the country ‘s gold ore estimated reserves at 2,108,260,000 metric tons that have an average grade of 2.4 gm Au/Mt Usually associated with those of gold, silver deposits have an average silver to gold ratio of 2:1 based on ore assays and production figures of Philippine primary gold mines. Copper deposits are also widely distributed throughout the country, and most copper deposits contain variable amounts of gold and silver. Thus, the country’s copper mines have been contributing a substantial portion of the overall Philippine gold production. ENERGY RESOURCE
South China Sea within our economic zone is believed to contain huge deposits of oil half of the arabia reserves. But even without the south china sea resources that are being contested by other asian countries the philippines can still be the worlds largest revervoir of oil, gas & deuterium. As far back as 1947, the historic Bewster Report concluded that the sources for electricity was sufficient “to meet the entire commercial and domestic requirements of the country.” At that time, the government anticipated the development of hydro-electric power from the many rivers and waterfalls in the islands. In addition to the hydro dams, geothermal energy has been tapped from the numerous hot springs in Luzon and Visayas. The Philippines compares favorably to Switzerland in the development of hydro-electric power, and with the United States in its geothermal industry.Vast reserves of oil and natural gas also lie underneath Philippine waters and yield productive oil veins in some inland areas like the Cagayan Valley. Previously, it was thought that the Philippines had little or no oil. But in the past two decades, offshore oil exploration has tapped highly promising deposits off Palawan, eventually near Borneo and Brunei. It is not inconceivable that the Indonesia and Malaysia – are major oil producers. Coal deposits in Cebu, Batangas and other places contribute to the country’s energy needs. And Filipinos have access, for their daily needs, to plentiful supplies of charcoal (from coconut husk) and wood fuel. Natural gas reserves discovered off Palawan have been brought on-line to generate electricity.

BENHAM RISE new Philippine territory 250 km wide

Despite its proximity to the archipelago, the plateau was previously not included in the territory of the Philippine Islands. On 8 April 2009 ( GMA govt. filed the claim to UN now we owned it.. eventually our history & after the political vendettas ….legislature mightl rename the benham rise to GMA rise to give honor to its finder/claimant .. ), the Republic of the Philippines lodged a partial territorial waters claim with the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in relation to the continental shelf in the region of Benham Rise. The UN has officially approved the claim in April 2012. The Philippines may soon be able to provide its own energy through Benham Rise, an underwater ridge to the east of Luzon which is believed to have mineral and gas deposits. The Philippines claim over Benham Rise is “very relevant” because scientific surveys indicate minerals and natural gas in the area. Solidified methane was found during mapping activities and the “probability is very high” there are oil deposits. There may be more natural gas than oil, and is considered better because it is cleaner. Benham Rise, which is bigger than Luzon, Samar, and Leyte combined, is being claimed solely by the Philippines because it is the only country within 200 nautical miles of the plateau

GREATEST of them ALL- “ DEUTERIUM the Gift of Nature “
“ the Philippines trench has the LARGEST DEPOSIT of deuterium with 868 mile 52 mile wide “
If we allow production even for just a portion of this natural deposit… the Philippines will already become a first world country.. what more if we produce a quarter of it… Deuterium has several commercial and scientific uses today. It has become much more than the heavy water many countries sought after during World War II.Deuterium, a form of concentrated hydrogen, is used in the production of natural gas now utilized in Canada, America, Germany and Sweden, to provide fuel for cars, trucks , jet planes, & deuterium fuel for fusion reactors.
“Deuterium can replace gasoline, (liquefied petroleum gas), (liquefied natural gas), Avgas, etc. in powering all types of internal combustion engines including maybe SPACE ships of the future & can be use in space explorations…. It does not emit pollutants or any harmful carbon monoxide and does not cause any environmental problems because it is in the water family.Heavy water is a suitable and convenient moderator of neutrons in nuclear reactors. In heavy water reactors, plutonium can be bred from natural uranium. Nations seeking large quantities of heavy water immediately become suspect of wanting to use the material to moderate a reactor with possible intentions of producing plutonium. They added, “Deuterium as hydrogen fuel can also be used for cooking, lighting, and heating, and as heavy water fuel for reactors in electric power generation. Only the Philippines can supply all the requirements in deuterium as hydrogen fuel and as hydrogen for food, chemical and metal industries worldwide for the next two centuries.”Due to its atomic mass, the isotope is a better neutron moderator than ordinary hydrogen, and deuterium oxide is used in some nuclear fission reactors, such as the CANDU design. Deuterium is also used in making nuclear bombs, and during WWII, the Allies bombed Germany’s main deuterium plant to stop it from acquiring atomic weapons.“A nuclear reactor based on the fusion of helium 3 and deuterium, which has a single nuclear proton and neutron, would produce very few neutrons — about 1 percent of the number generated by the deuterium-tritiumreaction. “You could safely build a helium 3 plant in the middle of a bigcity,” Kulcinski saidWe can produce & extract DEUTERIUM for FREE…. there is no need for 40/40/20 or 50/30/20 sharing .ALL we have to do is OFFER the investor group of allied nations/multinational corps. ( either NATO or BRICS ) the ” RIGHT to BUY ” a small portion of daily production..or a 3% DISCOUNT of daily price per barrel/ton …so that the resource can be fully utilized by the world.

Imagine the Philippine DEUTERIUM will power the WORLD…every city will be having a SAFE nuclear powered electricity plants in middle of urban cities.. We will be at the forefront of human evolution, space exploration, science & technology…WE will POWER the world & we will FEED the world… DESTINY is already knocking for us…embrace it!….. : > )

Any country/alliances ( nato or brics ) who controls the production of deuterium will control space..any country/alliances who controls space will dictate the destiny of earth…that is how lucky we are..Now is the future..in fact they are mining helium-3 from outer space ( esp. moon ).The use of helium-3 and deuterium as the fuels in “aneutronic” (power without neutrons) fusion reactors. The involved nuclear reaction here when helium-3 and deuterium fuse creates normal helium and a proton, which wastes less energy and is easier to contain. Nuclear fusion reactors using helium-3 could therefore provide a highly efficient form of nuclear power with virtually no waste and no radiation. can be built in urban cities..

Speaking of helium-3, it is quite noteworthy to point out that one ton of the rare isotope costs $4 billion. But what is the value of helium-3 without deuterium? any aspect of future space programs DEUTERIUM which the philippines great wealth is indispensable…our country will be the richest country in the WORLD by 2070…. be patriotic save the future… : > )

Multinational companies & their greedy governments can BRIBE & CORRUPT our politicians..which is really happening now…that is why ETERNAL VIGILANCE is required….only your love of country can deter & moderate their greed & plunder.
they can no longer ….FOOL the people due to information technology super hi-way & social networking… their only solution Is depopulation & population control…open your eyes my countrymen.. this not a church or sotto argument… but the protection of the future…we can feed entire asia once we tapped these resources…. we only need ultra-patriotic leaders… : > ) but it is imperative need to have a huge population & army to defend the nation & its resources against invasion , abuse & plundering..

My special thanks to so many authors that I cant list them all here ..some I lifted word for word..

    MABUHAY!

we are already in demographic window 20 years ago….the birth of OFW, the economy can not sustain the growing population of working class since then .we shall embrace the entrepreneurial spirit….and that is the solution….enforce the law to those corrupt politician and big time tax evader period!

Seeing other countries receive foreign investments and the Filipinos becoming OFWs to work on those investments has to stop.  There is definitely something wrong with this situation.

This would depend on whether we Flips elect ourselves another Trapo in 2016, which is, unfortunately, predicted to happen.
