Developer rewards Filipinos with leisure sanctuaries

By

SMDC gives homebuyers only the best possible home.

THE MASSIVE flooding that recently wrought considerable damages in Metro Manila was more than enough to send anyone into panic, and into reviewing the structural integrity of their homes.

Understandable. After all, when you pour in much of your hard-earned pay and savings into a big ticket investment as a house, it is but proper to ensure that your purchase can provide that priceless comfort and high-quality lifestyle.

Leading property developer SM Development Corp. (SMDC) couldn’t agree more. In a statement, the company said it believes that the best reward every hardworking individual can get is the comforting thought that he or she can go home to an abode that will put both his or her mind and body at rest.

Much-needed respite

“SMDC, the country’s No.1 condominium developer, cultivates such environments to provide dynamic individuals and their families a much-needed respite,” said Nita Claravall, senior vice president for marketing of SMDC.

And such a respite can be had at the Sea Residences, a leisure sanctuary located in the heart of Mall of Asia complex. Future residents can look forward to a life of ease and enjoyment as Sea Residences is reflective of the ambience of a perfect vacation spot with its prime resort facilities.

This mid-rise residential complex, according to SMDC, integrates contemporary design with comfortable home furnishings and enticing community facilities that make it a truly perfect investment.

FUTURE residents of SMDC projects can look forward to a life of ease and enjoyment.

Another similar modern tropical resort haven called Shell Residences will soon be completed, following the success of the Sea Residences.

This resort-type residential development has four mid-rise towers with extensive leisure facilities—including an elegant clubhouse, multiple swimming pools and a jogging trail, Claravall said.

“Its prime location to retail, dining and entertainment spaces, as well as academic institutions, make it an ideal spot for active individuals and growing families,” she added.

Weekend home

Meanwhile, for those seeking respite outside Metro Manila, SMDC is now providing prospective buyers a “weekend home” in the cool City of Tagaytay with its Wind Residences.

Weekends after all should be spent for rest away from the pressures of city life. Thus, having a ready “home away from home” will make an out-of-town getaway a quick and hassle-free option.

“The cool climate, fresh breeze and abundant produce of nearby Tagaytay City make it a popular destination for day trips and extended weekends. Owning a second home in Wind Residences takes all the hassle out of holiday trip planning,” Claravall explained.

This condo ville provides breathtaking views of the Taal Lake and is located just minutes away from the recreational areas and tourist attractions that Tagaytay is best known for.

Wind Residences also houses basketball and badminton courts and other fitness and leisure facilities that will keep residents staying active and healthy even while on vacation.

SMDC has since continued to strive to be the “good guys” by raising the bar of the whole Philippine real estate industry through its consistent offerings of high quality, well-designed and affordable residential units.

    Typical Pilipino Moron!!!

  • dingestraza

I think the title of this column is not appropriate. How can filipinos be rewarded on what? Is there any tangible benefits (free gift) for them?  This report tends to put cosmetics on the Developers  condominium business. Few filipinos can afford to buy condo unit. Not only that the price is bloated but it is beyond the reach of ordinary person. Maybe the columnist can rephrase the title something  like this “Condo living is good for flood prone environment”.  Column title should not be misleading and fool the reader.
