‘Coffee to go’ for poor, minorities
MANILA, Philippines – Heeding the call for support of minority communities, Robinsons Supermarket turned over boxes of coffee, courtesy of Nescafe to Project Malasakit, a Security and Exchange Commission-registered foundation focusing on education for the underprivileged and outreach to the minorities.
Warm and fulfilling as a hot cup of coffee in the morning, supporting well-worth advocacies like this is one way Robinsons Supermarket shares wellness with others.
Receiving the donation for the Mangyan community of Barangay (village) Malo Bansud, Mindoro Oriental and the Aeta minority in Pampanga, is the founder herself, multi-awarded veteran broadcast-journalist Kara David with the General Manager of Robinsons Supermarket Jody Gadia, and AVP for Merchandising – Food Division, Daisy Lyn Sy.
