Sensible developments that foster lifetime of love, togetherness

By

WOODSVILLE Residences is RLC’s exclusive townhouse enclave situated in Merville, Parañaque City.

After the wedding bells have been rung and the I Do’s have been exchanged, couples now need to focus on more practical matters—like finding a house or a condominium unit, for instance.

This is why for the month of June, said to be the most preferred time for weddings, Inquirer Property will be featuring in its “Condo Hunt” series developments that newlyweds might want to consider as they begin their journey to a lifetime of love and togetherness.

This week, we are showcasing different projects by Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) that you may find suitable enough to start your families. Depending on your needs and whims, here are some of RLC developments that are equipped with all the right stuff—from design to amenities—that would surely help couples keep the fire of love burning:

1 The Trion Towers. This three-tower project sits on a one-hectare lot on Eighth Avenue corner McKinley Parkway and is one of the four Robinsons Residences projects located within the Bonifacio Global City.

THE MODERN Asian design of Azalea Place in Cebu makes it stand out.

With unit cuts ranging from one- to three-bedroom flats, the Trion Towers will help couples continue their “honeymoon stage” with its distinctive multifunctional architectural design complemented by the project’s well-thought amenities and prime location.

According to RLC, the Trion Towers features a fitness zone (sports and fitness amenities), calming zone (rest and relaxation amenities) and an interactive zone (recreational amenities) that provides for efficient, relaxed and secure city living.

2 Azalea Place. This 25-story single-tower development, which is an ideal option for newlyweds and young Cebuano families looking for a comfortable home, is the first residential condominium to rise on the busy Gorordo Avenue in Lahug, Cebu City.

Making the Azalea Place stand out is its modern Asian design, concrete façade and tall glass windows, as well as the fact that it houses retail outlets at its ground floor and is near the shopping malls and a variety of restaurants.

THE 33-STORY Gateway Regency evokes a contemporary architectural design.

Couples and startup families will meanwhile have access to several lifestyle options right inside the building, including a game room, a library/Wi-Fi lounge, fitness center, swimming pool, spa pool, a Japanese-inspired gazebo and reading nooks.

Each of the 407 units at the Azalea Place will also have an intercom connected to the reception counter, automatic smoke detectors, fire alarm and sprinkler system, cable TV line, telephone line, ample ventilation, hot water supply line and an available electrical load provision.

3 Gateway Regency. The Gateway Regency on Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong City caters to young couples who cannot stand being away from the urban zone, as this is strategically located within the Cybergate Complex, which hosts the Forum Robinsons Mall and other RLC residential condominiums, hotel and office buildings.

THE TRION Towers which is located in the bustling Bonifacio Global City features a fitness zone (sports and fitness amenities), calming zone (rest and relaxation amenities) and an interactive zone (recreational amenities).

This 33-story project, which evokes a contemporary architectural design, provides its homeowners the convenience and comfort of living beside retail areas, commercial establishments, offices and near efficient transport hubs like the MRT. Its prime location also provides residents access to main roads like C5 and Edsa.

Like all RLC developments, it will feature amenities such as adult swimming pool, fitness center, landscaped gardens, barbecue pits, gazebos, reading area, Wi-Fi hotspot to ensure a relaxing yet exciting life for couples.

4 Magnolia Residences. The four-tower Magnolia Residences, which is part of a five-hectare masterplanned residential commercial complex in New Manila, Quezon City, can provide newlyweds a friendly neighborhood ambience that makes it truly ideal for raising a family.

Like most RLC developments, the Magnolia Residences provides a wide array of stress-buster amenities such as a game room, fitness center, multipurpose room and library and affords residents proximity to commercial establishments, key urban hubs, premier hospitals, prominent educational institutions and major modes of transportation such as the LRT 2, thus making it all the more ideal for startup families.

RLC developments provide a wide array of stress-buster amenities.

Magnolia Residences has comfortable units that start from one bedroom (36 square meters) up to three bedrooms (108.10 sq m).

5Woodsville Residences. An exclusive townhouse enclave situated in Merville, Parañaque, Woodsville Residences sits on a nine-hectare masterplanned RLC development dubbed as Woodsville City.

This development showcases a modern gated community with wide open space for recreational activities that guarantee relaxed and more secure living conditions. It also features a comprehensive list of amenities such as outdoor children’s play area, adult and children’s pool, gym, activity garden, al fresco lounge area and function rooms.

Woodsville Residences is also near business districts in Makati and Bonifacio Global City and other important establishments like hospitals, airports, educational institutions and offices.
