Oil companies slash fuel prices

Six oil firms  will slash pump prices starting Tuesday to reflect lower prices in the international oil market.

Petron Corp., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Chevron Philippines Inc., Seaoil Philippines Inc. and Eastern Petroleum Corp. will implement a rollback effective 12:01 a.m. while Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will cut prices at 6 a.m.

The price rollback will range from 60 to 70 centavos per liter of premium and regular gasoline: 30 to 40 centavos per liter of  diesel, and 40 centavos per liter of kerosene.

    Isa lang ang solution sa problema natin sa gasolina magtayo tayo ng sarili nating oil depot jan sa Palawan at sa Spratly Islang instead na foreigner ang mag ubos sa ating resources. Paalala lang wag sa mga Chinese.

    Retailers owe us customers a lot of money since they keep on passing to
    us the VATs intended for them to pay out of their huge profits. I also
    think that this VAT-Passing practice, which they have been doing for
    quite a number of years now, can be clearly classified as TAX EVASION on
    their part and so they can be considered as habitual TAX EVADERS which
