Developer flexing muscle to foster healthy lifestyle

By

VICTORIA Station 2 is the first and only condominium with a full-sized sports center.

The increasing number of fun runs, sports fests, and exercise classes being organized left and right, not to mention the various types of diets that have come about, clearly proved one thing: the modern Filipino has started to embrace the healthy lifestyle.

Despite hectic schedules and fast-paced lifestyles, more individuals have now begun to realize how devoting even just a fraction of their time for a quick visit to the gym or to run for at least half an hour, can do wonders for the body.

Of course, it would be a big incentive if you can get your hands on some sports-related equipment or activity right where you live—just as what property developer New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) did with its Victoria Station 2 condominium project in Quezon City.

Balanced, healthy living

NSJBI claims that its 46-story Victoria Station 2 is the first and only condominium with a full-sized sports center, as the company moves to promote a balanced and healthy living among its customers.

“Many Filipinos are making time for sports as part of their daily routine. Our increasing regard for a balanced lifestyle of work and play makes Victoria Station 2 a relevant development and a sound investment,” notes Victoria Station 2 sales head Hazel de Dios.

Proof of this developer’s strong regard for sports and fitness is Victoria Station 2’s provision for two badminton courts, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, billiard and table tennis hall, archery, squash and shooting range.

But the sports center’s most unique feature, according to De Dios, is its 50-meter, Olympic-size swimming pool.

“It’s the company’s way of fostering our appreciation for sports and fitness,” De Dios adds.

Commitment

At present, the Victoria Station 2 is being endorsed by PBA legend Alvin Patrimonio, a clear indication that NSJBI remains true to its commitment of providing residents a lifestyle that even professional athletes approve of.

Sports facilities however, are not all there is to this development, as units at the Victoria Station 2 are said to be at par, in terms of quality, with the other property developments available in the country right now.

Currently, towers of Victoria Station 2 feature units of various cuts—from studio to three-bedroom units. A standard room measures 22.64 square meters, while a combined unit spans 45.28 sq m, with enough space for a living area. Future residents are given the leeway to further dress up these already elegantly designed condo units.

The commercial area, which is integrated at the ground floor, meanwhile makes the residents’ everyday transactions more convenient.

RESIDENTS are entitled to free use of the sports complex for one year.

“Sitting next to the highly successful Victoria Station 1, Victoria Station 2 promises to be bigger, better and just as conveniently located as its sister condominium,” De Dios says.

Shared features

Among the shared features of the two residential areas are a 25-meter pool, a kiddie pool, jogging trail, park and playground, provision for a spa and gym, coffee shop, multipurpose hall, restaurant, audiovisual room and a landscaped area.

With its world-class amenities and facilities, NSJBI stresses that Victoria Station 2 is, indeed, the wisest choice for those individuals who have long wanted to achieve a healthy lifestyle but has never found time to head to the gym or court after a tiring and exhausting day at work.

“All residential buyers are entitled to free use of the sports complex for one year. Here, you can make the most of your time both for work and play,” De Dios says.

New San Jose Builders is a 100-percent Filipino-owned real estate developer and the first and only company to provide its residents with a world-class sports center. It has been practicing an innovative approach to real estate design since 1986.
