Hong Kong shares open 0.69% higher

Hong Kong – Hong Kong stocks opened 0.69 percent higher on Thursday following solid gains overnight in Europe and in the United States, where the Federal Reserve gave a slightly improved growth outlook.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index was 142.53 points higher at 20,788.82 in the first minutes of trade.
