DMCI Homes’ One Castilla Place a true resort-inspired community

By

The scorching heat of the famed Philippine summer explains why resort-themed property developments are perfect for this country and are largely appreciated by many.

While there have been many attempts to deliver that authentic “resort feel,” not all developers, however, are able to provide Filipinos the pleasure of true resort-inspired communities.

Unlike DMCI Homes, which is backed by more than 55 years of construction heritage, and which seems to have mastered the art of delivering property projects that allow Filipinos to experience that “I’m-in-a-resort feeling” living without having to leave Metro Manila.

And this is more than evident in DMCI Homes’ One Castilla Place development.

Landmark project

In a recent briefing with company officials, DMCI Homes shared why One Castilla Place, a landmark project in the bustling area of Quezon City, is a smart investment and considered the best in its class.

“Aside from creating a space that inspire suburban appeal, this new development was also conceptualized to offer the convenience of being situated in one of Manila’s most developed centers,” the company said.

Located in Barangay Valencia in Quezon City, the single-structure, low-density modern-minimalist-themed high-rise enclave One Castilla Place offers an intimate and tranquil environment with lush landscapes.

It is strategically located near the business hub of Ortigas Avenue and provides close proximity to other places on interest like schools, hospitals, religious centers, commercial areas, transport hubs and other business districts in the metro.

A true resort-inspired community, One Castilla Place will allow future homeowners to experience genuine-resort ambience and best-in-class amenities.

Like all DMCI Homes development, One Castilla Place showcases a single-loaded corridor and garden atrium and will offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units and there will be a balcony in all units. Its unique T-shape design will allow for natural lighting and ventilation.

True value for money

Meanwhile, amenities in the development also abound as there will be swimming pools, thematic gardens, fitness gym, function hall, entertainment/game room, sky lounge and a sky park.

The condominium development, according to officials, will also have standby power generators, provision for CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi in common areas and fire alarm system with automatic fire sprinkler and suppression system.

And to further make homeowners’ life comfortable and convenient professionally trained property management team will take care of the daily community needs, thus allowing for an easy living experience.

“DMCI Homes’ commitment to quality workmanship and its intention to deliver only high-standard products and first-class services reflect true value for money,” the company concluded.
