The Beach Club, according to Cadhit, is meant for light leisure while the golf will feature a fairway and a sports club that would complement the Beach Club.
“Those are two clubs that we have and what we’ve done as a developer is actually secure a reciprocity agreement between the two clubs so that members at the Golf Club can use the Beach Club and vise versa,” Cadhit said in an interview with Inquirer Property.
Living experience
Setting this Ayala Land Premiere development apart from other existing exclusive developments is primarily the living experience, Cadhit said.
First and foremost, going to the Anvaya Cove promises nothing else but ultimate relaxation in a sprawling development that offers green and panoramic mountain and sea views from your rooms. The images, as Cadhit had put it, are “really spectacular.”
The development, he said, is already four years old but the “whole place still looks brand-new because this is our commitment to all our members—they pay their dues and we will maintain the quality of the place.”

“We conduct surveys among members and really the best thing that comes out is the service. We have employed the locals to be able to help us manage the resort,” Cadhit noted, adding that to date, 90 percent of Anvaya’s staff hail from Morong and Zambales, where people are nice, courteous and amiable.

Activities
“We have a number of activities for our members and they are informed through newsletters. We have four major activities in a year and on a weekly basis we have camp outs, F and B promos and other activities lined up for members,” he said.
For those looking for action, Anvaya Cove hosts four major activities throughout the year, namely the Great Race to Anvaya Cove, Anvaya Invitational Triathlon, International Kayaking Series and the Regatta.
But those wanting soothing massages and scrubs can opt to avail of spa treatments at the Veda Spa, which operates from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Truly, members will never run out of things to do at the resort as it also features a number of trails that one can explore. “We have a nature camp and inside is the nature trail where bird watching is normally done. The other trail is the fitness trail that has stations for different fitness activities like push-up, crunches and many other exercises. Lastly, we have the magma trail where members climb from tree to tree and do the ropes course. At the center of the magma trail is the zip line,” Cadhit narrated.
Aside from these activities, members can also enjoy the pool complex and other water sports activities like banana boats, speed boat, kayak, paddle boards, lazer, hobbie cat and the different summer sports activities like beach volleyball and football, which Anvaya Cove takes pride in.
Function rooms
The upscale resort development also has a number of rooms that members can use for a number of functions and celebrations.
“We have three function rooms: the Wine Room for the intimate dining experience; the Sambali Room, which can accommodate 100-120 people; and the Sambali Lounge, an open-air area where the beach is re-created and where we conduct weddings,” Cadhit said.
Anvaya Cove also has a number of food and beverage outlets for the discerning palettes of its members including the Bamboo Café, which has a capacity of about 150 people; the Tower Bar, which is near the pool; and the beach, and the Pawikan Beach Bar and Grill.
