2 Pro•Friends developments in Iloilo deserve another

The Palms house model is also single-attached, two-story home and has a typical lot area of 100 sq m and a 60-sq-m floor area. It has 3 bedrooms and two toilet and baths, a living area, dining area, kitchen and laundry and service area. Space for carport, lanai and balcony is also provided.

The single-attached, two-story Daphne house model has the same typical lot area as Palms but it is slightly smaller in floor area—52 sq m. With 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet and baths, it has a living area, dining area and kitchen as well as laundry and service area. Like the first two models, it has provisions for a carport, a lanai and a balcony.

The only single-attached model that is a one-story home is Lotus. With a typical lot area of 100 sq m, it has a 40-sq-m floor area. It has two bedrooms and one toilet and bath. Lotus has a living area, a dining area, a kitchen and a laundry and service area. Space for carport and lanai are provided.

Pro•Friends will offer other house models so that homebuyers will have many choices.

Each house model has painted exterior and interior walls, painted wooden doors, partitions, ceilings and eaves. It also has a tiled kitchen counter with stainless kitchen sink, ceramic bathroom fixtures, cement floor finish and tiled toilet and bath.

Two-toned concrete roof tiles are used for the Olive, Palms and Lotus house models while the Daphne has prepainted roofing.

Another development Pro•Friends is famous for in Iloilo is Monticello Villas. Located in Barangay Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo, it caters to the C, D, E market.

Monticello Villas has an exclusive entrance gate, an open basketball court, a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a children’s playground. Like Parc Regency Residences, Monticello also has power and water distribution, 24-hour security and shuttle service.

Homebuyers of Monticello Villas has 2 house models to choose from: Isabella and Florence. Isabella has a two-level townhouse with two bedrooms.

With a typical lot area of 66 sq m, the Florence house model has a 46.35-sq-m floor area. The Isabella house model has a typical lot area of 45 sq m and a floor area of 40 sq m.

The Florence house model features one toilet and bath, a living room, dining area and kitchen. There is provision for service/laundry area and for a carport. The Isabella house model has the same features as Florence.
