Megaworld to build another residential tower in Makati

MANILA, Philippines – Tycoon Andrew Tan’s Megaworld Corp. has rolled out a P2.5-billion residential project in Makati, its third in the upscale Greenbelt area.

The new project, Greenbelt Hamilton, will rise 31 stories over Legaspi Street, Legaspi Village, or a few steps away from the upscale Greenbelt 5 mall.

According to the developer, Greenbelt Hamilton will be a modern skyscraper designed in shades of blue and white, matching the sky. It will offer a total of 425 studio, executive studio and two-bedroom apartments. Most units will have balconies.

Prices start at P2.9 million for a studio unit with balcony (28.3 square meters), P4.3 million for an executive studio (41 sq.m.) and P5.7 million for a two-bedroom unit with balcony (54.6 sq.m.). Units may acquired on terms, with monthly amortization starting at P12,000 for a studio and P20,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
