Torre Central’s study area has a posh and comfortable vibe, making it an easy favorite among residents.

For Torre Lorenzo Development Corp., it is simply not enough that it provides college students and parents with furnished living spaces.
The property developer took it a step further by equipping its university residences with unique modern conveniences that could enhance the day to day living of its residents and make the latter feel as if they never left home at all.
“I am from Mindanao and I rarely go home to my province. I just stay in my condo. But everything about Torre Central—from its security staff to its facilities—makes me very comfortable and makes me feel that I am home,” said Jose Mari Ubalde, an industrial engineering student at the University of Santo Tomas (UST).

Ubalde likes that the building has a dedicated study area which he believes is the best feature for students living at Torre Central.
“Its ambience is very luxurious. We were told that sometime soon free WiFi for residents will be installed [at the study area]. When that happens, staying here will even be more worth it,” he shared.
All of TLDC’s student high-rises are provided either with study lounges, sound-proof study rooms or study pods in quiet zones, in keeping with the property developer’s vision to create living spaces which are highly conducive to learning. Meeting rooms and discussion rooms for group projects and which can be used for collaborating with fellow students are likewise available for the benefit of its residents.
Father of two and living in Marilao, Bulacan, Lito Teves meanwhile decided to get a unit at 2Torre Lorenzo for his children who were both attending De La Salle University.

2Torre Lorenzo is located right beside De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and just across DLSU. It follows the success of TLDC’s first university residence, Torre Lorenzo 1, which stands on the corner of Taft Avenue and Pablo Ocampo Street.
“We got to have peace of mind when we acquired that condo unit because aside from just being across my kids’ school, only residents with access cards can come in the condo,” explained Teves. The building’s security features made him and his wife worry less about the safety of their two kids in Manila.
TLDC’s premium university residences has round-the-clock security and are outfitted with radio-frequency identification (RFID) systems which limit access inside its premises.
Being notified through SMS that their child has reached the building safe and sound is another feature that the trusted name in premium university residences offers its investors and unit owners.
Torre Lorenzo’s university residences come replete with creature comforts to ensure that the students who reside in it are able to get a suitable study-life balance.
In addition, the parents’ permission is also needed before anyone else, apart from their children, can be allowed to go inside their units.
“We have an agreement [with the building management] that nobody can simply enter the unit without our consent,” shared Teves.
Though access to units are limited to residents, visitors lounges and sky lounges are provided for socializing with friends and guests. Torre Lorenzo also built recreational facilities such as fitness centers and swimming pools in its buildings, giving thoughtful consideration to its student residents’ study-life balance.
Ubalde finds himself taking full advantage of Torre Central’s gym. According to the incoming fourth year college student: “Though it has limited equipment, it’s still very convenient especially because we can use it for free.”
“It feels home more than the other condos that I have lived in, in the past because the features of the building and rooms prioritize the comfort of the residents,” said Ubalde of his home in Manila.
